Feileadh Mòhr
Found a "Great Kilt" or belted plaid on sharecg. The Feileadh Mòhr was a multipurpose garment being everything from shopping bag to a tent to the Highlander. Basically just a big piece of tartan cloth that was bunched up and gathered in a belt round the waist. The Tartan I've used here is Ancient McLachlan so it's about right for the era.
