    Hello. I have purchased a couple of your products and I am sorry to say that there is a problem with the .zips. I've contacted RDNA sales without response.

    The first product with a bad .zip was the Vintage camera (Order # 179545)
    The second was the Victorian balloon stand (Order # 179999).

    In the first case it was only the .zip containing the D|S files that was defective. In the second case both .zips were defective. The error message is: "The structure of the archive is damaged (Error #17540)"

    Which means that I cannot get access to the products that I have paid for.

    There ought to be some way of sorting this out. (I checked the download on the balloon cart just now to see whether the problem had been fixed, but it hasn't.)

    In any case, you can hardly wish for the problem to continue.
