Slowly the lid to the ancient stone sarcophagus slid across the surface of the base. Stone on stone, the grinding noise pierced the air. From within a bandage wrapped hand emerged, snaking out to get some leverage on the massive carved lid. Inch by inch the lid moved to the side, until it tipped and smashed into the floor. Inside lay an ancient one, wrapped from head to toe in dusty bandages that were thousands of years old. The wrapped figure sat up from it's tomb and glared out, looking at the small piece of the world that she had be reborn too.....
