Piera does come complete with Materials for Poser and Daz Studio, however there are *not* specific files with SSS / GC optimization, so it is recommended if you are rendering in Poser 9 or Poser Pro 2012, you do not enable these features unless you have set up your own nodes for SSS/GC.
