Description
He was awakened by a sound, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. It was a slight rumbling...a scratching...a jingling ? Under his very feet in...the...ground. A wave of shock ran over his body. He grabbed a lamp and ran outside to the fruit celler. Wasting no time he moved the rock that hid the entrance to his secret vault; inside are gold and treasures won in battle. He crawled through the tunnel to the larger opening down in the earth and found only freshly churned dirt. In the center of the room, a huge pile of Goblin scat steamed. He had heard tales at the pub of Goblins riding some sort of burrowing bugs and stealing golden treasures from dwarves deep under the mountains and brushed them off as merely drunken speech.
