Q) Where do I find my past order history with live download links?

A) When you land on the new DNA front page, in the upper left hand corner there is a button that says "Sign in/Create Account". Click on Sign in, and go ahead and log in to the site. Proceed over to the right hand side of your page, and click on "Account". Click on "Orders history". Select a parameter to search within, date, month, Today or From and TO, or "more search options" below, and hit search. Select any of the links across the page. They will all take you to your Invoice page. If you scroll down to the box where you see SKU, and Product, under the title of the product is a live download link. Select the link and open. You are taken to a download page and provided to links. One is a browser link, and one is a clickable button that says "download". Make your choice. Your browser will then prompt you to save the product zip.

You will see that Runtime DNA has created a printable invoice for your convenience.
