Description

At the heart of the Zbrush experience is its unique system of sculpting and painting brushes. And at the heart of the creative and production tools of Sixus1 Media is Zbrush. Now, you can have access to these selections of production proven brushes developed by Les Garner, aka Sixus1 himself, and used in day to day production of the ever growing catalog of 3d art and content Sixus1 Media is known for.

In Volumes 7-12 of our Custom Brushes for Z-Brush product line, we bring you six more libraries of 10 production proven, professionally crafted brushes, compatible with both Zbrush 3.5 and 4, to expand your tool kit and the creative potential of your Zbrush experience

Features:

Vol.7 is our own rethinking of some of the standard Zbrush tools such as clay, standard and inflate, but adding a much greater level of sensitivity and responsiveness for users of pressure sensitive drawing tools from Wacom and other tablet manufacturers. Also in this set we have included specialized brushes that emulate traditional art techniques found in maquette and miniature work like washes and drybrushing, plus all of these enhanced tools have companion "noise" variants included to assist in adding that sense of chaos to your work for increased realism.

Vol. 8 introduces 10 new brushes that allow you to stamp a wide variety of buckles into any subdivided mesh, perfect for generating complicated buckle and latch details on a wide variety of subjects that translate extremely well into your displacement, color and normal maps.

Vol. 9 contains 10 brushes built with both alpha and color mapping to allow one to both paint and sculpt complex cut stone patterns into any surface simultaneously. From walkways to aged stone walls, this cross section of aged, cut stone pattern brushes is indispensible for a wide range of architectural and environmental projects.

Vol. 10 is a specialized set of Celtic knotwork brushes which will sculpt each pattern from your surface while painting that same pattern with whatever your active color may be. Great for fantasy or faery artists looking to add an old world Celtic or Gaelic feel to your designs. Combine these with the cut stone styles in Vol. 9 to achieve complex Celtic ruins with unbelievable ease!

Vol. 11 contains a selection of brushes designed to allow one to quickly and easily add a variety of single, realistic leaves onto your surface sculpt while painting photo based colors at the same time. These brushes are great for adding piles of autumn leaves onto an existing texture or sculpt, or for painting individual leaves onto flat planes for use in developing transparency mapped foliage flip cards for game or other 3d environments.

Vol. 12 is our rough stone collection, and makes a perfect companion to Vol. 9's cut stone theme. Each brush contains both photo based color data and refined alpha mapping that combine sculpting and painting into a single process. Also, many of the brushes in this set add the noise functionality of the newer versions of Zbrush for added levels of randomness and realism.
